Effects of Various Levels of Luteinizing Hormone and Caprine Follicular Fluid on In Vitro Embryo Production of Shami Goat
نویسندگان
چکیده
In the current study, hypothesis of effects luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicular fluid (FF) derived from follicles varying size on in vitro embryo production Shami goat breed were tested. The caprine (cFF) was obtained healthy female’s ovaries by aspiration method classified into two main classes (follicles with a diameter ≤ 2mm ≥3mm). resulting cFF added to culture medium TCM-199 through six Treatments (A, B C source follicle 2mm; D, E F LH only four previous levels 50 µg ml-1 (B E) and100 (C F). Results study showed that oocytes incubated Treatment achieved clear superiority (p=0.001) rates maturation (87.0%), fertilization (80.0%) cleavage (82.3%). same (F) continued outperform (p= 0.006) achieving best across stages at 2-16 cell (16%; lower value arrest) blastocyst (42%). Significant differences (P=0.03) observed among Type 1embryos (the highest rate: 45.3%; F) 3 embryos 45.1%; A). No significant morula 2 embryos. It is advised add 15% ≥3mm 100 media obtain higher oocytes.
